BookBeat increased its revenue in the first quarter of 2026, corresponding to growth of 14 percent adjusted for currency effects compared with the same period last year. All markets reported revenue growth, including the mature Swedish market, which continues to show double-digit growth. In Germany, BookBeat set a new record for the number of new users trying the service.

This represents growth of 13 percent; adjusted for currency effects, growth amounted to 15 percent. The growth is driven by an increasing number of paying users. The quarter also saw the highest influx of new trial users ever recorded by BookBeat, both in the mature markets such as Finland, Germany and Sweden as well as internationally.
For the streaming service BookBeat, 2024 was the most successful year in the company's history to date. Growth amounted to 21 percent for the full year, landing at SEK 1.36 billion. The company also reported a positive EBITA result for the first time since its inception in 2015. In September, the goal of one million paying users per month was also achieved.
